These terms and conditions apply to all workshops and short courses facilitated by Seirian Kitchener. By booking a workshop or short course with Seirian, you are agreeing to the following:

Bookings & Payment

Full payment is required to secure your place in a course, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed to in advance.

Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and class sizes are limited.

Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations made fourteen (14) days or more before the workshop start date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of the start date are not eligible for a refund; however, refunds are at the facilitator’s discretion and consideration will be made for exceptional circumstances.

Once a course has begun, refunds are not available (except in exceptional circumstances).

If a workshop is cancelled by the facilitator (for example, due to illness, low enrolments, or venue-related issues), participants will be offered a full refund.

Attendance & Missed Sessions

Missed sessions are non-refundable.

While make-up sessions are not guaranteed, participants may be offered a place in another workshop if this is available and space permits.

Materials & Equipment

Whether materials are included will be clearly outlined in the course description and/or handbook.

Where materials are not supplied, participants are responsible for providing their own equipment .

Any shared materials or equipment must be treated with care and returned in good condition.

Shared equipment and venue facilities must be treated with care and respect.

Health & Safety

Participants must follow all safety guidelines provided by the facilitator or venue.

Any allergies, sensitivities, injuries, or relevant health concerns should be disclosed prior to the course.

We are committed to providing a safe and respectful learning environment. Physical violence and aggressive behaviour toward other participants or staff will not be tolerated. Any physical violence or aggressive behaviour will result in the immediate removal from the course without refund and the participant will be prohibited from attending any further sessions.
